Ubi did a new logo. It is only black and white. So they can save money by printing monochrome only.

Why the hell would anyone think they would spend money and resources on this game? oO

The cost to fix it would have to exceed the entire profit potential of the project when compared to the future earnings of the game and what it cost to make. When companies set out with movies, games, albums etc etc they have a set margin in mind.

You are trying to say these fixes would need to exceed the margin set by a Triple-A studio that started off with a relatively small team and a small budget and compare that to the money they made and the money that Ubisoft is willing to wager they can make in the future?

This game is FAR from dead from a support standpoint and you would be downright foolish to think otherwise. Especially when you consider the absolute MESS that Siege was in the beginning and what they were able to turn it into now which is their biggest online multiplayer money maker if I am not mistaken.
Oh my, that is a rather useful and true comment. Anyway, personal perception of problems and the speed / way of fixing may still cause people to feel rather upset about the path the company seems to go with this game. And even if many people say all these "game is dead"-threads and stuff are nonsense: For Honor really is one of those games that have a playerbase with rather critical numbers. Long matchmaking times, bad matchmaking etc is caused and amplified by a dwindling playerbase. Still many people love the game and the fighting system, so they would like to stick. As do I. But many of us are very vocal because we freakin' want it as good and bugfree as somehow possible.

As it seems, almost every groundbreaking problem game had in launch is still there.

Some of the problems were understandable at launch but after all this time, how are they still not fixed/improved?

Did the devs and publisher stopped investing in this game?

I am not talking about balance by the way, I am talking about most basic and player experience ruining problems.

For example, I wanted a friend of mine to start playing with me. But when he did, he is being matched up with players incredibly over his item level and playtime.

Most of the players he is facing are over 1000 hour playtime meanwhile he is still trying to learn how to block. Why haven't you implemented a MM system yet? Most basic one would do for crying out loud.

Party and party functions are still terrible. Almost every game party has to be reformed. There is still that "failed to join the group" error.

But most terrible of all, you play 15 minutes of competitive match and someone leaves and game is gone?! It is 2017 guys. How is this still a thing? You are not some resourceless indie dev pulling weight of whole project with one guy. You should have fixed this by now if you wanted the game to keep growing.

There are so many other things that are basic, itsybisy things that ruin player experience and should have been fixed by now.

As I see it, seasonal pass additions were made before and only a small group of devs left behind on this project to "keep it going".

It is so sad to see such a good game to be abandoned like this.

When your new player experience is abyssal, you don't get keep your game growing. This is a competition game and an intense one. How do you expect new players to keep playing when they are matched up with people thousands of hours of experience ahead of them. Did no one on your team asked that question?!

Anyway, great game gone to waste. I was really hoping we would see something like we have seen on r6.

Next title of the genre will sweep the floor.

To answer your question, No the game has not been abandoned at all. There's a full team still currently working on the game. We're releasing regular updates / patches, content, and working on known issues. There are some older problems still around, but some issues do indeed take longer than others. We set up a known issues forum so you can keep track of the progress. We'll continue to update that as things are being fixed.

To be fair the ruined Assassins Creed, Division was an embarrassment of riches in terms of potential opportunity and they ruined that as well, and only in the last 8 months has Siege become a truly playable game that is great.

Ubisoft and EA are fist fighting over the company that hates its own games the most.

What coyote said + https://youtu.be/xNter0oEYxc + worse customer support ever are the reasons this company is losing gamers' respect. We will think, review, check double check a trillion times before letting them steal our money again. Delivering defective products on final release has to stop, charging full price for defective/crappy games has to stop too.

Its been a ton **** of time that I dont write in the forum or play this broken videogame of yours, but did you even fix the broken trophies now? Listen to me, IF I COULD, I would sue you all for this scam that For Honor was. I completely abandoned your videogame, but you still owe me those trophies: http://forums.ubi.com/showthread.php...BUGGED!!/page3 Are they even fixed already? You Ubisoft are everything Gaming Companies should never be, EVERYTHING.

I wanted to add something useful to this conversation, but all that comes to my mouth is p*re **** for destroying the initial dream For Honor was more than a year ago. Ubisoft should disappear for all you do, all, in every single videogame from yours I remember, there is always A BIG SH1T INVOLVED, for a reason or another one. Fix the damn trophies and let me sell this broken videogame once for all already!!

@Coyote, you are a kid that shouldnt be allowed to write in here. Every damn second I come into this forum doesnt matter what month, you are there writing pure bullsh1t and licking their balls. Im fckinng tired from you, and for what I see most of this forum is with so many thumbs up in every comment against you like in this same thread. **** YOU AND DO SOMETHING USEFUL WITH YOUR LIFE. STOP GOING AGAINST THE DESIRES OF THE GOOD PEOPLE AROUND HERE THAT WANTED FOR HONOR BECOME SOMETHING GOOD.

@ All the people that knows me: Hope you are doing fine, Im never here, I left months ago. Hope you are okay, I understand that For Honor will never have a solution in any aspect. I saw the new update in here, it looks pure sh1t with overpowered heros adding unbalance to the already unbalanced videogame... Pf.

Fredex and any Ubisoft member around: Be careful, because the next scam might burn us your users so much that we might end taking actions using the Law. You crossed the line way too much time ago, for myself with your Far Cry dead loop bug (you start your game, and you die automatically, screen loads, you die again, non stop, nothing you can do - for more info check my messages in FarCry forum) that I reported in this forum like 2 years ago and It was never fixed. I bet many many people is angry with you and with the years, more, you got our money and you didnt give what you promised for it. Be careful with that, you are playing with fire. Maybe next scam is the last...
