It really forced adaptation, thats what I loved about it. It made it so that you couldn't get complacent using the same tactic over & over (unless you were consistently swapping out your gun). I did think it wasn't balanced well enough & that in general weapons degraded too quickly, it should have been more of a rare issue than a constant & pervasive one. There should have been more ways to deal with it than having to hoof it to a gun shop & get a replacement, but some of the most memorable moments I can recall from my time with the game involved a weapon jamming on me and having to adjust my plan on the fly. No shooter really forces that to happen anymore...Originally Posted by LaMOi Go to original post

Hahaha, the logic is sound my man, gold is one of the most dense metals there is! A gun made of gold would weigh over 80 lbs!Originally Posted by Canadian Beer42 Go to original post
Metro exodus ?Originally Posted by HorTyS Go to original post
Metro Exodus isn't even out yet, so I can't really say if it provides the same sort of thrill. I've not played any of the metro games but that one looks pretty sweet so I'll probably be giving it a try....Originally Posted by Viragoxv535 Go to original post
