Enhanced Light Attacks:
Light attacks cannot be interrupted by blocks but can be by Superior Blocks.
Passive Uninterruptible Stance
The stance is consumed if Shugoki gets hit or Guard-Broken. When the stance is depleted Shugoki takes more damage. Effect regenerates after a few seconds. Recovery takes longer if hit, out of stamina or blocking.

High Endurance - Regular light attacks from Non-Heavy characters do not stagger unless hit while Revenge Mode is activated or an Area Attack is used.
Full Force - Starting an attack with a charged heavy allows Shugoki to build enough Momentum with his massive Kanabo to bypass parry attempts.
Anti-Armor - Shugoki’s Kanabo has innate Defense Penetration against Armored opponents, dealing increased damage.
Movesets:
Crashing Thunder:
Description: Sprint into a Heavy-Attack to perform a wide swinging attack.
Alteration: Crashing Thunder can be canceled.
Counter: Dodge, Block or Parry
Tip: Faint into a Parry, Guard-Break or a Bash and Smash
Bash and Smash:
Description: Light attack followed by a Heavy swing.
Alteration: Second heavy can be Charged for a quick Unblockable swing.
*Shugoki focuses on hitting hard and fast, Increasing the Charged swing speed animation for the 2nd Heavy attack but decreases the damage output by half its usual amount.
Counter: Block, Dodge or Parry
Tip: Start the chain just before an enemy attack while changing it’s directions.
Demon Ball:
Description: Guard Break into a Heavy to deal one bar of damage, knocking the enemy back several feat away.
Alteration: Can be applied as a finisher to any heavy attack that isn’t Charged and hits successfully. If the second heavy lands it staggers the opponent long enough for the Demon Ball to hit. The input would be Light, Heavy*, Heavy (DB) or Heavy, Heavy*, Heavy (DB).
Counter: Dodge, block or Counter Guard-Break.
Tip: Make sure to always change direction of the attack.
Heabutt:
Description: Perform a light or heavy attack, then after about one second Guard-Break to initiate a headbutt that drains about half the target’s stamina, staggers and Knocks back the enemy.
Alteration: Can be used as a finisher to any Light or non-Charged Heavy combo that Hits.
Counter: Block, Parry or Dodge the Light or Heavy attacks.
Tip: End a Bash and Smash or Bone Crusher with a Headbutt
Charge of the Oni:
Description: Whiling sprinting press X, Square or Space to perform an Unblockable Charge that staggers all enemies hit for about 1 second.
Alteration: While in guard mode press Forward Square to initiate a Charged run in the direction of the locked on target or in the direction Shugoki is facing, initiating this move forces Shugoki out of Guard-Mode and always drains a portion of his stamina even if canceled at the beginning of the attack.
At the start of the charge, Shugoki keeps the basic qualities of the Charge of the Oni; he cannot be blocked, will deal no damage and cannot change his direction but staggers all hit. For the remainder of the run Shugoki uses the weight and momentum of the kanabo to perform a fluid 3 hit attack that cannot be interrupted.
The angles of the attacks cannot be altered, they are Left (Light), Right (Light) then Top (Heavy). The final Heavy can be Charged but has reduced damaged compared to normal Charged heavies.
Counter: During the chain Shugoki can be blocked, Parried or dodged. The Full move should drain low level Shugoki of 2/3rds of there max stamina. At the end of the entire charge if no enemies are hit there is brief moment where Shugoki becomes staggered.
Tip: This alteration is meant to help break Shugoki out of a difficult 1v1 Harassment's or a 1v4 Gank, with a desperate charge that can be canceled during any of the strikes. Considering his charged run isn't too long of a distance, the 3 strike assault will come out rather quick, possibly making this alteration his fastest form of attack in his moveset.
Area Attack:
Description: Press Heavy + Light to initiate a wide 2 hit swing.
Alteration: Second strike does less damage than the first but forces the enemy to fumble back if the 2nd attacks hits.
Counter: Dodge, Block or Parry. The move is very easily read and the attacks drain a considerable amount of Shugoki’s stamina.
Tip: If the 2nd attack hits, follow-up with Charge of the Oni if you started the Area attack with a sufficient amount of stamina.
Bone Crusher:
Description: Heavy into another Heavy swing.
Alteration:
*Performing a charged heavy doesn't cancel out the 2nd Heavy from being imputed, which can be Charged as well.
*Shugoki focuses on brute force, creating enough momentum and power for the first Charged Heavy attack that prevents it from being parried or blocked.
* If the second Heavy is Charged after following the first Charged Heavy it will; drain twice the normal amount of stamina, swing speed will be reduced and will leave Shugoki staggered after the attack even if it hits.
* If the first Heavy is not charged, the second Charged heavy will not be dampened but will remain Parry-able.
Counter: Block non-charged attacks, Dodge or Parry. Charged attacks drain large amounts of stamina and leave Shugoki open if an attack misses.
Tips: Best used when an enemy has fallen to the floor, staggered or backed into a corner/wall.
Demons Embrace;
Description: While locked on press Guard-Break + Back/Down to have Shugoki perform a 2 second animation that grapples the target if hit, taking a chunk of there health and healing a bit of his own in the process. If Shugoki has one Bar or less of health this move becomes an Instant-Kill and Heals him for more than the usual amount of health.
Alteration Options:
* After Guard-Breaking, Guard- Break again to initiate Demons Embrace. On hit Shugoki drains a quarter of the opponents stamina and regains the same amount of his own stamina while dealing minimal damage.
*While sprinting hold down the Heavy attack to initiate the full Demons Embrace animation (The beginning of the animation is altered to work while sprinting)
Landing the Grapple doesn’t heal Shugoki but applies a Debuff similar to the Debuff attached to the Juggernaut Buff which prevents the target from dodging or sprinting for a time and finally it will deal a moderate amount of damage.

Only when at critical health Demons Embrace allows Shugoki to heal at the end of the maneuver as well as increasing the Lunge Distance and animation speed of the Demons Embrace.
Note: For the Purpose of 2v2’s or 4v4’s a Demons Embrace that kills the Opponent will count as an Execution, preventing the revive of the broken opponent..
Counter: Dodge to the left or right, Strike Shugoki with a Heavy before he grapples or Counter Guard-Break. A missed Demons Embrace leaves Shugoki open for Attacks and drains a portion of his Max health every missed attempt.
NEW Moves:
Jigoku’s Gate:
Shugoki Sidesteps with a Light-Attack (uninteruptable) then a Heavy (Unblockable).
The 2nd imputed Heavy hit is Unblockable without charging it by holding down the button/key.
Description: Shugoki dodges to his side hitting the enemy with a quick strike of the Kanabo’s hilt which staggers the opponent if hit, then with a wide reaching stance he thrusts his open palm into the enemy, dealing damage, knocking the enemy back onto the floor. If the opponent falls shugoki performs a taunt for the duration of the enemies recovery.
Counter: Parry, Dodge or Block the light attack. The second Heavy attack cannot be canceled into another form of attack.
Eye of the Storm: Guard-Break+Down/Back.
Shugoki enters a Defensive Stance similar to The Conquerer or The Warlord for a short period of time. The longer the Button/Key is held the more stamina is drained.
* Sprinting strikes causes Shugoki to use there own momentum to toss the target over head and past him, damaging them on impact.
* If Hit by a sidestep Strike Shugoki uses there momentum to toss them further in the direction of the Sidestep attack, lightly damaging them on impact.
* Light Attacks causes the target to stumble slightly towards either sides or backwards if hit by an overhead attack, which briefly leaves them open.
*Heavy Attacks or Area-Attacks on Shugoki from any angle do not stagger or cause him to fumble out of his stance, the damage is reduced by half and a damaging headbutt is automatically initiated after the attack on Shugoki hits.
*When a counter attack from Eye of the Storm is used it will be depleted for 5 seconds before it can be used again. Being hit, Guard-Broken or blocking an enemy attack prolongs the Stance recovery.
