    Revenge activation can’t be interrupted by Melee attacks
    Incoming Melee attacks don’t interrupt attack startups
    Outgoing Melee attacks don’t Unbalance enemy
    Shield is increased to 70% of your HP (from 50%)
    Outgoing attacks cannot be parried

    Current state:
    Revenge State Update (Patch 1.11)

    Revenge Activation is now immune to Melee Attacks.
    While in Revenge, Attacks won’t be interrupted by Melee attacks.
    While in Revenge, Melee Attacks* no longer Unbalance.
    While in Revenge, Shield Boost has been increased from 50 to 70.

    So from when is that video footage of yours, kweassa1, I wonder?

    Remove Defense Debuff when Hyper Armor goes down. He absolutely cannot function if he's out-numbered. He's only got 10 more HP than a Lawbringer, after he loses his Hyper Armor he's got less HP than a Peacekeeper.

    Speed up Hug. Fix tracking and hit box (It needed shrinking but you went a bit too far). Make the healing an on-damage effect, not when the move ends.

    Give Charged Heavy a feint.

    Headbutt needs to do light damage and should have a follow-up finisher, preferably heavy strike. He's the only character that doesn't get to use his Stun. Timing on heavy into headbutt is hot garbage, fix it.

    Oni-Charge needs to deal damage and stamina damage. Impolitely nudging people is a garbage move.

    Give him a Light-Light combo.
