One of the things I've noticed while playing is that some characters are much faster in unlocking their feats than others. I can play a round of elimination as my Centurion and unlock all 4 feats by the end of round 2 without having to kill steal but I have to be in round 3 or 4 having killed EVERYONE as my orochi and I still haven't unlocked level 4. Or let's take Dominion for instance, boosting/defending the zone has different feat unlock and point payouts for different characters. I can stand in a zone and boost/defend it for an entire session as an Orochi or Valkyrie, and it gives only 1 point on the scorecard every three seconds while my feat bar creeps slowly across the screen, rarely opening level 3 or 4 feats by the end of the match, but I can sit in the zone and boost/defend it as one of the two dlc characters and get 2 points on the scorecard per second and unlock all 4 feats within 2 and a half minutes. The rate at which characters unlock their abilities should be universal for all game modes, and defending/boosting a zone in dominion should be universal in the amount of points and reputation it gives all characters. I get that you want the different classes to be played different ways, but that doesn't mean that an assassin shouldn't be able to hide in the shadows of their captured zone and protect it from would-be invaders, and doing so automatically rapes your score. Shinobi is an assassin too, why does he get 2 points per second for zone boosting? Centurion is a hybrid who gets 2 points per second, but lawbringer only gets 1 point per second, and the valkyrie and nobushi get 1 point every three seconds. It should be universal across the board. Zone defending isn't a class specific duty.
I think it depens on zone, but heroes gaining xp only have sense in Dominion. heavy characters, basicaly, earn more points for killing steals!!
In fact, it could be a good thing that in elimination and skirmish you earn points based in how fast you kill your oponent (for elimination) or how much health of CC you do to an enemy (in skirmish) and things like that, not for killing in a row (in elimination?... please) or killing soldiers (skirmish have almost no npcs)
