No, you need to purchase the Unidad Conspiracy DLC through the in-game store, or the season pass, which comes with it. Unless you also played in one of the betas, in which case it should have been free for you.

yeah thx got the dlc but but no narco im waiting for ubi to get back to me on that all the people are now red

saving grace might be the fact that key for season pass was from green man gaming they claim to me that they get there keys directly from uplay so I might be lucky waiting to hear back as it is a bank holiday weekend so might not hear until Tuesday

game installed on steam but season pass key activated on uplay I have been in contact with them over the phone

That is also who I purchased from. I didn't have to enter any keys or anything (I was in open beta) so it might be different for the season pass, but all I had to do was go into Uplay on the rewards tab for the game and 'unlock' it for free (0 points) when it was released, and then it was playable right away. Others have had difficulty with getting things to properly unlock though.

Once it shows the DLC as unlocked/installed or whatever, there are three missions added to Media Luna. Like all the other provinces, you just have to travel (preferably walk or drive) into the province and you'll get a briefing call from Bowman.

Count me as one of those. I was in both betas, and I've unlocked it via the Ubi site, but when I go to the PSN Store to download it, I'm told I can't because I haven't purchased the Season Pass.

Did you try going onto the Ubisoft Club and seeing if you can redeem the reward? It should be free if you participated in the betas and played within the first 30 days (if my memory serves correctly)

Ans:
Open the tacmap and press down button. It will show you the cartel tree. Select the Buchon of your choice even if he is unknown. That will take u to the location in the map where he resides. The map would be empty without any safe houses, files or missions. Travel into that location randomly. Once you move into that unknown Buchon’s territory Nomad will call Bowman and ask for info. She will then give you all Major intel locations
