Hey sorry if this isn't the right place for this, I've never posted before but found this with a friend and felt it had to be brought to attention.
So with a Centurion I've found that when you get knocked down, and he does his jump stab move while you're on the ground, if you wait until just before the person stands up instead of doing it immediately, the Centurion does the jump stab move (while your character is still technically immobile) but he will NOT become locked in the animation where he backs up and beckons you. There's no beckoning animation at all. The Cent jump stabs and that's it, he remains right next to you ready to keep swinging. When he does this the.. erm.. victim.. can parry the attack coming from the top(block it as well I assume, for some reason I didn't think to try that). But you wouldn't even think to do so, accepting it as the inevitable doom it always is.
This will surely fall into the wrong hands after posting this, but I'd be remiss if I didn't try to get a moderators attention on this. Hopefully they'll bring it to the attention of the Grand Warlord of Ubisoft Montreal. Or something.
Apologies if this is already known/posted in the wrong place. Thanks for reading!
Also I'd like to clarify that your character is still technically on the ground, I know the Cent can do the jump stab while someone's not on the ground and it doesn't do the beckon animation, but if the Cent times it right he's in mid air while you're still stuck in the getting up animation, and you can't move at all. This is what makes it sort of an exploit, you're still stuck there, unable to do anything but he gets his stab in without the beckon animation. The centurion also doesn't have to do the dash forward + heavy move, he still just can stand there and hit heavy to do it automatically.
