Just Purchased Far Cry 4 and it does not load

I've been trying to get this game to work for the past 2 days now. I've tried every solution that i found such as disabling all HID devices, running Uplay as administrator, verifying the files, running the game as administrator and in compatibility mode with windows 7 but the game does not load beyond the black screen with a loading bar at the bottom. I don't have any anti virus installed only windows defender. I have updated my AMD drivers to the latest ones and my specs are:

    Intel i7 Quad Core CPU
    12 Gb Ram
    R9 290 4GB VRAM
    1TB SSD
    Windows 10 64 Bit

    Anybody have any ideas?

    Thanks

So a quick update, It appears to be an issue on all my Far Cry Games. Far Cry 3 of which I have put over 80 hours in since launch and worked perfectly before does not load just like Far Cry 4. Same issue with my Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon. Many people are also having the same issues from reading various forums. My other Uplay games like Assassins Creed Unity work fine however. Ubisoft support did get back to me also and suggested the following which did not work:

"Regarding this issue, could you please delete (don't forget to back them up just in case) the configuration files found here:

    C:\Users\[Username]\Documents\My Games\Far Cry 4\[UserID]\

What this does is reset all the game's options to the default values, eliminating issues caused by certain options.

If deleting the files does not work, you can always restore them (provided you backed them up like instructed)."

I guess playing the waiting game and hopefully a future update from Windows or Ubisoft fixes the issue with the Far Cry Games.
I have updated my support ticket with Ubisoft with the above and awaiting their reply.
