    Preorder? Are you kidding?

After getting the awful DLC Narco Road for GRW? After the abysmal pile of crap that was The Division ?

Nah you can take your half baked / half finished pile of crap this is going to be and shove it. Youve had pound of flesh from me, No more.

Wish more people would vote with their feet, we might actually influence the developers to make something decent.

Well maybe you should research games prior to making your purchase to ensure they will meet your requirements.

Dont bash a game just because it's not for you. Many people enjoy Ubisoft products.

Is it confirmed that it's only 5v5? If so they've lost my sale yet again. One of my purchase requirements is 8v8 minimum. Gonna hold out until I know it's officially 5v5

If someone from Ubi could clarify this that would be great.

Ever heard the theory that you don't pay for things with your money, you pay with your time? Time is the actual currency, people get paid per hour, per week, per month. For the hours I believe I will get playing Far Cry 5, I feel it's worth the pre-order. For the years and brainpower that goes into constructing an entertainment product like this one (I've worked in the industry, I can estimate), my money is well spent. For supporting the people I feel are doing their best, for stories that have the potential to change lives, what's a hundred dollars?

Games have inspired me to travel, to learn. I went through Ezio's Florence and Arno's Paris, toured Europe IRL and learned both Italian and French. After Far Cry 4, I took a trip to Northern India and Nepal, and that trip changed my perspective on life entirely. After Far Cry Primal, I headed to the Dolomites in Italy and drove through the Alps. I loved GR: Wildlands, planning a trip to Bolivia-Peru next year on the Orient Express. More than a few Ubisoft titles have inspired me to do things I would otherwise not have considered. So take my pre-order, with thanks.

I guess we are voting with our feet by pre-ordering.

I was brought up to believe that...
The greatest ignorance is to reject something we know nothing about.....

To dislike a game because you disliked 2 completely different games is not rational. Especially when FC5 comes from a series of great games.

I can understand that you might feel upset that some games/ DLC you bought were aimed at a different type of player to yourself... and even that you feel Ubisoft is at fault because you decided to buy them (which obviously they are not) and perhaps you are hoping to find people who feel similar and can console or vent together but it is simply no use to focus on negativity, just put it down to experience and play a game you enjoy.

So you needed to learn the hard way not to pay for something before you know what it's about.

I already preordered my copy of FC 5, because I've yet to be disappointed by the series. Still I will say that this thread wasn't really needed if all you were going to say you're not preordering, which was basically said here.

I preorder almost all Ubisoft games, because with the 20% off for 100 Uplay points you always get a good deal, because I now that I will enjoy them and because having that money already missing from my bank account allows me to accurately plan my budget.
