[PC]For Honor: Uplay can't find game files | Forums

One day i was playing FH normaly, after exiting game and runing it again after 30min Uplay said "can;t find game files"

So i chose option to localize it manualy, after that Uplay done finding corectly, but when i tried to run game i had "can't find game files" again.

I tried to check game file or put them in other directory, but nothing helps.

Please help, Daniel from Poland.

After re-downloading the hole game, i have same problem.


Intel core i5 4690k
Nvidia GTX MSI 1060 6g
8Gb ram
Windows 8.1 64 bit on SSD
For Honor instaled on HDD

I have the same issue I even reinstalled the game and it still cant find the files even though they are right where they should be.

When you verify game files does Uplay give you a download roughly the size of the entire game folder?

Have you tried running Uplay as administrator?

Same problem here. I've tried running Uplay as administrator and it didn't work.

go into for honor files that you have, click on your anticheat folder and run the bear anticheat and tell it to repair. Should fix this issue. If not, also update your graphics card and verify your installation.

Patchy_The_Cow's solution worked for me aswell but it seems to be a temporary fix, i had to repair once again two days after
