Foreigners (From my POV) More Toxic?

Does anyone else find that the people who are extremely toxic are often not from their server area? I'm talking the people who start saying "This team sucks" every 5 seconds after the first round loss. In my experience, normally somebody with 150 ping, bottom of the scoreboard, and a heavy foreign accent. I'm not trying to say that everyone who has a high ping or is from a different country is a toxic a**hole, I'm just saying that there might be a correlation between how toxic somebody is and whether or not they are playing with people of their own country/nationality. Any thoughts on this?

Just making this clear, I don't mean to insult anybody. I'm just seeing if anyone else has also experienced this.

No, that is just your prejudice, taught to us by hollywood and mainstream media. There are good people and toxic people everywhere.

In my experience, having server-hopped to literally every data-center available trying to find one that suits me, on that note I just want to clarify; not to get a ping advantage but: My local server is WJA west Japan. I don't speak Weebanese or any other Asian(yellow, not sandy) language for that matter. The Japanese servers have a large population of Koren players (exactly, **** that am I right? Korean copper 5 = diamond everywhere else) and Chines hack companies field testing their wares. So language barrier and I couldn't compete. So I checked out all of the servers trying to find another where I can catch a decent ping and not experience rubberbanding. Now storytime is finished. The point of this entire post: American servers are 10x more toxic than any of the others. Sometimes European servers are kinda toxic but still, no where near on par with American servers. The friendliest English-speaking playerbase is EAU the East Australian data-center (PC, don't know about console). As long as you don't mind nonchalant use of the word c*nt you'll be fine.

TL;DR American servers are the only servers with an actual toxic playerbase.

Odd, from what i gathered in my 600+ hours logged in American servers, only during free weekends and after the XMAS Sale were there a higher volume of toxic players, and now it's pretty easy to find solid players on both teams who only banter 'craptalk' to bother the other team...

Not to say there aren't any toxic players in US servers, but to say we're the only ones is just wrong IMO.

Ranked may be a different story because of 'try-hard wanna-be pr0's' getting salty because of mistakes, but since you don't speak the language in most other data centers, how would you even know either?

I'm surprised they didn't shut down this thread instantly. They did that when I tried to address it a while back. I found players from one country had a very high number of teamkillers

Ok. Judging from the replies that are here, I do think this occurs, but it depends on what game mode you are in, and whether or not you are the "foreigner" to the server. I think there is a very slight correlation. My main goal with this was to provide extra initiative to reduce the amount of players who are ping abusing by choosing a different server on purpose.
