If you plan to implement a leaver punishment then first you will NEED TO WORK ON YOUR MATCHMAKING..

This is completely unacceptable! How can you punish me for leaving a game that is that badly imbalanced?

Gear score means nothing...a more skilled player will beat an inferior opponent 9/10 times regardless of gear score.

Are there issues with matchmaking? Yes. But still not reason to quit the game and ruin it for everyone else because you disconnect the entire match. Play the game, get better, and move on.
