when the season 2 start, mine chat in game not always work, do you have same problem?

Yes especially during the loading/ char selection screen

I play in borderless window and I found that sometimes after alt+tab into game doesn't bring focus to the window. I have to click on the game and then I can push T to invoke chat window.

i play with controller but normally, just push T and chat work, when season pass start i can't chat in game most of the time

same, sometimes happened. My solution to this is to go to comands, and press f1 ( reset to the predefinite). As soon you do this, it ll start again to work

On PC: press ESC 2 times when in loading screen / ingame and Chat will work again.
