[PC] CHAT SOMETIMES NOT ACCESSIBLE WHEN USING CONTROLLER
Description: When using a controller on the PC platform, users will notice that the chat feature is occasionally inaccessible.
Status: Fixed in 1.15
Workaround: Changing the chat key bindings will sometimes resolve the issue.

I have this issue but the problem is linked to my mouse. I gotta left click randomly to get chat to work but then my fps plummets from over 100 to less then 30 fps. I basically cannot team chat on PC since left clicking kills my performance for whatever reason.
