Hey guys.. i tried to talk to you a lot.
Nothing ever seemed to be interesting for you. All those Kids crying out loud when i talk about those ridicoulus OP Heroes, that you should nerf, to make the game fair, must really be want you want as "future" customers.
I ask you literally: do you even play regularly with your own Knights online? My guess would be you stopped that since release., only listening to those calls for nerfing Warden, PC, Conquerer and Lawbringer (which is the last one, you can really win against other Factions regularly now)((which means be prepared he will be weakened soon)
THe biggest issue I cannot understand: why does the game need TIER based Characters? Is this some team game, where in overall the OP's can be taken only by 1 player and the low tiers balance that team in overall? NO!
It is a you vs. the rest of the enemies. Therefore every Heroe should be somewhow same strong. Pure logic so far.
But why are you constantly weakening most Knights, while not weakening those other super-killer-combo chars. f.e. Valkyr, Orochi, Shinobi+Centurion (which is still the dumbest idea... is next time an ancient machine or alien comming to the game!?!?)
either you weaken or balance all at once or you dont do any of this. You can't go around nerfing the Warden in every Update but improving all others. THE NERFING SHOULD BRING THE BALANCE, WHY DO YOU IMPROVE THE OTHERS SAME TIME? Have you ever seen the Idea of a Scale?
yeah.. let the little kiddies now protect your "ubi-intelligence" with their own ubi-intelligence.. but how long will that save you financially?
I already hear them screaming "Nooo don't nerf my OP Nobushi, Shugoki etc..how am I supposed to win then?? ;-(( boohoo Mommy buy me another game where I can cheat like COD"
make no mistake there will always be tier in fighting games, or any game really. where there are differences there are inbalances, but the problem with this game isn't just the inbalances its the skewed risk reward formula, every balanced fighting game is weighed on this scale, if its risky its probably rewarding and if its not very rewarding its not very risky, take conq warlord and shinobi, they all have unblockable spam that is devoid of risk the reward is minor but as long as the risk is low people are going to continue to abuse these characters
this game relies too heavily on unblockables, they need to fix the core mechanics so heroes rely less on spamming one move and more on strategic offense
