    Cheater "case" number?

In my 1200 hours in this game i've been accused of cheating multipule times. I got my first "accusation" of cheating in closed beta, and i'm still getting accused of it almost every day even to this day. So i'm pretty used to that. However, today is a special day, because today not only i got accused of it again, i'm also was send in some sort of a "case" for a first time (which is kinda exciting tbh, first time and all that), and my accuser even send me my case number. 04789155. That have sparked my interest, because it's seams like he was saing that i can view it. And oh my god, i really want to see it and laugh at it. Can i do that? And what are those "cases" anyway?

If somebody from Ubisoft is reading this, can you give some sort of advice for people like me, people who get accussed of cheating on a daily basis? What can we do to prevent any unwanted сonsequences, because of the people who are too upset that somebody is better then them. Thank you.

Can you view the case? No you can not. It's a personal acces case where he has contacted the support on the website and that would be the case number of the report.

Whst you can do about it? Have a good laugh and be ok with it. There is nothing gonna happen with you being reported over and over for cheating wile you are legit. I have seen so many people do it to me and my clan members. It's insande even with the high amount of bans happening with BattlEye people still don't seem to trust it.

So those cases are just a support tickets? Well this is anticlimactic, the way that he was saying that, made me feel kinda special. Like i'm in CS:GO overwatch case.
The only reason why i'm asking what can be done about that, is the fact that one of my teammates got banned twice already (and i'm pretty sure he is not cheating), and FairFight is infamous for banning people because of amount of the reports only. Although i don't know, do Ubisoft still use FairFight in combination with BattlEye, and i can't deny that my teammate might have deserved his bans, by cheating while we are not playing with him, it's still not really comforting. I would like to know what is the Ubisoft stance on the issue, if i could.

We do not ban players based solely on reports.

If your friend has been permanently banned, he is probably cheating.

Sorry for the digression, but I will be very thankful if you can explain me something - how can you be so sure that he is NOT cheating (when he was playing with you)? From my experience, in this game you can only be sure that somebody IS cheating, when it is obvious that he is using all the cheats to the max. But the "slight" cheaters with, say, just some aim assist and 50% more energy (Im improvising, actually I don't know what cheats are available), are almost impossible to differentiate from the really good players. And you have better things to do during the game, than steady following somebody around the map and deeply contemplate his skills...

Thank you for answer. I'm happy that FairFight nonsense is no longer a thing.

This is why i'm saying that he might have deserved his bans. It is true, you never can be sure. I just bring this up as an example, because there is a chance that he was wrongfully banned, and this is a disturbing though.

He never said FairFight is no longer a thing? He said you won't get banned for jsut getting reported. So if you where banned by fairfight, ytou must have been acting toxic over and over or doing something else against the rules which FF looks at. Where as BattlEye just looks for cheat software bieng used.

So both system are still running and they work side by side punishing those whom deserve to be punished.

I didn't said that. What i meant is that FairFight is no longer bans people for being reported too much (and as i said, FairFight is infamous for that), at least in this game.
Despite what you think, FairFight is aticheat software. I would even call it aticheat analyzing software, due to the fact that it's actually try to analyze player behavior, in order to figure out who is cheating. If you kill every enemy with a headshot through the walls for 10 matches in the row, without even missing a shot, you are cheating. In cases like that, you don't need any human interaction to ban that person, FairFight can do it without any problem. FairFight is useful when other sowftware have faild to detect any sort of cheating software, because if BattleEye can't detect it, it can't do anything with it. FairFight can watch every player at the same time, and if somebody is obviously cheating, it will ban them. The problem is, if you rely only on FairFight, if you strech it to the point where you try to find all cheater only using it (which is what was a thing back in R6:S Y1), there will be a wide amount of false positives, and i'm happy that it is no longer a thing here.
