Is anyone else having trouble with the kick heavy combo on the centurion? Like I kick and can't get the heavy to come out I used to get it all the time.

Are you on console? If so, you were never meant to get a free heavy from Cent kick. That was a feature from the NDA builds sent to Klyka and BouseFeenux which was removed from PC, but was overlooked on console. They recently hot fixed it so console players also got the release version and therefore no free heavy on successful kick.
