GG Massive. I'm pretty sure this is going to work with loadouts which is coming out tomorrow.
You can stack signature skills when you are solo.
Step 1) Play solo
Step 2) Pop Survivor Link or Tactical Link sig skill.
Step 3) When sig skill goes on cooldown, change to Recovery Link. It will proc when you are taking fatal damage. Profit?
This is ridiculous. It has been close to one year and half when this game was released. Yet there is another game-breaking bug in the game? How many game-breaking bugs have been reported going into year 2? I don't know because there are so many to count. How the hell this passed testing? The constant game-breaking bugs is pretty fracking ridiculous. This is not early access game. Massive get your **** together. There is another update tomorrow and I am expecting there will be another bug that will be exploited.

Disclaimer: This thread does not belong in agent highlights. I created this thread to have a critical discussion on the constant game-breaking bugs that are still plaguing this game. I am spreading awareness. This video shows one example of constant game-breaking bugs this game has. Please do not move this thread. We need to have critical discussion on how these bugs are constantly being added to every update. This belongs in the general discussion.
Reported this today. But, game breaking?
I mean, the team will start investigating immediately, but let's tune down the hyperbole. You need to be solo, you need to be protected enough to switch skills, and even then you only get this once for a full cool down. Also, you need to be out of combat to swap loadouts. So not going to be a swap on the fly thing.
A bug, sure. But let's try and keep this in perspective.
Thanks for providing video, as I can add this to the previously submitted video for the team.
How is this not game breaking? You are exploiting broken mechanic to get an edge. Is that not the definition of game breaking? Okay. Let's keep things in perspective. Is sidestep movement/ acceleration exploit not game breaking? You are exploiting the tickrate and netcode of the servers to mess with the hit reg. isn't that game breaking? What about sentry stacks that stayed on players after getting killed in update 1.1? Is that not game breaking? What about competent being able to stack and increase weapon damage to ridiculous numbers back in update 1.0? Is that not game breaking? What about mobile cover being use to go through walls? is that not game breaking? I could go on. There is a huge list here,.
I'm curious what is a game breaking bug to you? Let's be honest here. For triple A title, this game should not have this many bugs/issues going into half of second year of being release.
Can you still play the game? Can you still run missions/incursions/underground/Last Stand/Survival? Etc etc etc?Originally Posted by Demiz3r Go to original post
If you can do all of that, then this bug is not game breaking.
No, that's the definition of an exploit. You are exploiting broken mechanic to get an edge. Is that not the definition of game breaking?
Can everyone please stop using "netcode"? It doesn't mean ****! It is a made up word from people who don't know what they are talking about. And while you all are at it, don't make "tickrate" a thing. Thank you.You are exploiting the tickrate and netcode .
I wouldn't say "game breaking" could think of this as the extra protection for solos 😀, with that said some people do come over a little hyperbolic when describing stuff when it comes to this game Ive noticed .Originally Posted by Demiz3r Go to original post
Netcode does mean **** when there are constant synchronization issues between clients and servers. In which this game has synchronization issues. I'm pretty sure the tickrate is an issue here when we are constantly encountering a delay in server responses. Heal delay or skill delay for one.Originally Posted by III_Hammer_III Go to original post
Cool.Originally Posted by Demiz3r Go to original post
Could you please give the class a technical explanation on how one exploits this "netcode"?
You seem smart enough. Google it.Originally Posted by III_Hammer_III Go to original post![]()
The video above was posted by me earlier today: http://forums.ubi.com/showthread.php...ture-skill-bug
I definitely didn't discover this bug/exploit and understand that it's been around for quite some time, but I do think it deserves more attention.
I'd heard rumours of it before, and was kinda surprised to see it was still in the game tbh.
Cheers.
