I decided to play Wildlands again, so i started it up. I got an error message saying the game is outdated and i have to update it. I know the latest patch came out but i didn't get the download. I have the game through steam and I've verified the game and nothing downloaded. I reinstalled the game 2 times now and my windows is also up to date. I literally have no idea what to do.

Are you able to verify your game files? If so, please give that a shot and see if it helps address the issue: UPLAY/STEAM.
