Apparently, this is a known bug. I have not seen it on the sticky, so here it is.

  1. Start a 2nd profile.
  2. Find intel on skills/weapons/medals and it shows on map.
  3. Restart game and continue on same profile.
  4. Map locations are gone.
  5. Intel locations show back up on map.
  6. Find intel and select previously selected skills/weapons/medals locations (this is not supposed to be allowed, you should only select 1x per zone).
  7. Nothing happens - they do not re-appear on map.
  8. Can restart and collect intel over and over again, fruitlessly.
