I played GRW last week, before Update 4, and it was fine, then after the update the framerate doesn't go past 23 FPS, regardless of anything, I turned all the settings way down, and it still lagged a lot. I understand that other people have experienced similar issues, which is why I would to request that Ubi allows players the choice on Steam, or Uplay to revert their game version, at least until a hotfix comes out to solve this problem, because it's ridiculous.
Edit: I have since posting this submitted a ticket to Ubi Support, hopefully a hotfix will be released soon. ��
EDIT: I know that I expressed want for a hotfix for GRW, but I let the game run for 10 minutes in the background as I went to pick up the mail, just now and when I came back, my game instantly jumped up to 60FPS, it stuttered down to 57 once but that's about it. It seems Ubi hasn't broken GRW, but instead turned it into a car on a cold day, in need of a warm up.

While I'm glad to hear you're getting consistent FPS now, the situation surrounding it is a bit on the odd side. I'm going to keep an eye out for similar reports in the future. Please do keep me updated on any further developments on your end pertaining to this.
