hold on, hold on now. These are the buffs that I think the Centurion needs.
light attacks should be unblockable and also act as guardbreaks.
guardbreaks should knock enemies over.
heavy attacks should just be an instant kill because I'm too drunk to be creative anymore.
in all honesty however, I've found that playing Shugoki is my favourite way of dealing with the new heroes, because he can tank through one hit. And I feel like that's saying a lot. These new classes have such punishing chains they can commence if you make just one mistake, and that needs to calm tf down. That being said, I do agree that the Centurion has a surprisingly low health pool considering his aesthetic armor and such.
speaking of stamina (thanks @frogdizzle) Sometimes it feels like the Cent just has too much of it, or that his attacks cost too little. Looking at aesthetics again, he's a big, beefy dude, yet he can crank out multiple iterations of his stab/jab/knockdown etc. Though I haven't actually payed a lot of attention to his stamina bar, so I could be a little off here. But I feel like Shinobi's have much tougher stamina management than Cents have to deal with.

You're talking like I'm complaining as an opponent to centurion, I actually love him and play him a lot.
If you're struggling to stun lock people, you're not playing him properly. It's extremely easy to stun lock, that's not even open to debate. Ask literally anyone who's put a good half hour into him.
The kick does guarantee a heavy.
By dramatic increase to health, I mean he should be at warden/raider level.
A full charged heavy isn't the only knockdown. A fully charged jab is also a knockdown.
A kick followed by heavy followed by jab is also a knockdown, therefore making the kick a knockdown as you cannot escape the heavy (unless you're VERY lucky and it lags).

Valkyrie would like to say "hi". The leg sweep of the Valkyrie has absolutly no effect on someone protected by revenge or on someone with "hyper armor" on. I main a Valkyrie and altho it angers me sometime when I "phantom hits" people fully vulnerable on my knees, I agree if it worked all the time it would be quite OP. On the other hand, the centurion is NOT a disabler, yet has way more tools to disable than the Valkyrie. Tools that ignore revenge / hyper armor, actually does damage (leg sweep doesn't damage at all), doesn't requires you to finish a chain to use the charged heavy, tracks insanely well, can chain infinitly when "wall stunning", etc. etc. etc.
Centurion is over the top at the moment. Like I said, I would gladly buff his kick if it meant nerfing the tracking on his charged heavy and removing the "pinned effect" against people in revenge / hyper armor mode. I dont mind it doing damage through revenge.
TL DR : Buff kick ? Fine. But if you do, definitely nerf the ridiculous charged heavy that stunlocks with heat seaking precision on a character that isn't tagged "disabler" in the hero selection screen. Remove the "pinned" condition against Revenge / Hyper Armor but keep the damage done.
