    Matchmaking in Oceania

What countries actually consist of Oceania (if this is even a region in For Honor's matchmaking) outside of Australia and New Zealand (for the sake of For Honor's matchmaking anyway)? Since I bought the game a week ago I've been able to play a grand total of like 5 multiplayer matches, all of them being duels and not being able to find any Dominations, Deathmatches (of either variant) or brawls. I get that limiting the regions is all well and good for ping and all. But when most people are finding next to no matches at all in a region, something really needs to be looked into and done about it. Maybe extend the amount of countries in said region? Or just dissolve it completely into another region.

I love the game, and the few matches I've actually been able to participate in have been really enjoyable. But when I'm waiting 5 minutes to find a duel and just getting consistent "Matchmaking has failed, returning to the main menu." when trying to find a match for any other game type gets really tedious. What does the Very High player activity even mean? 4 out of the 5 players remaining in Oceania are online in that game mode? Or is it a global congregate of players (and if that's the case why isn't matchmaking just global to begin with)

I am also NZ. I can tell by personal experience attempting to play anything out of local peak time 7pm~ henceforward is completely pointless.

And during local peak time only Dominion and to a very lesser extend some Elimination go on. Those activity charts include all regions and platforms. So simply ignore all activity messages. Our only option to play is VPN if you have superfast internet.

If you dont have superfast internet+paid superfast VPN, well you are limited to a few hours around peak time, with the same people every night. I even play vs Youtubers frequently, so matchmaking is total **** too. Total newbies and superpros in same lobbies all the time.

    Hello,

I also cannot play any of the 4v4 multiplayer modes between 5 to 7 or 8 AM AEST.

The matchmaking process can never find any of these matches during this time.

    I can however play Duels.

Is this a fixable problem by Ubisoft?

    Thanks..
