Bugs I've been noticing while grinding my Shinobi rep:
1. Attacks are over-aggressive in how they target teammates.
Not sure what is up with this - but Shinobi's attacks don't seem to have any prioritization/favor towards enemies. It's one thing for your grapple to hit a teammate that jumps in between you and your target - but it's dumb for your slide tackle to visibly swerve away from an enemy in front of you in order to tackle a teammate several feet to the side or behind. I tried just to stop using tackle when teammates are around, but then I started noticing that my kick also seems to just target whatever is closest - so if a teammate tries to help all the sudden half my kicks are hitting them instead of the target I'm locked on to. Preferably these would just whiff in the air rather than ever target teammates - at the bare minimum they need some sort of enemy prioritization.
2. External block seems broken?
I've noticed with great frequency that external blocks on the Shinobi sometimes just flat out don't work. I honestly can't tell if it's by design or not, but it feels like a bug since they sometimes work. It's not the small guard window, the strikes are happening when the window is up, it's just not registering as a block. Coming from Berserker, it also feels a lot like Shinobi has the same block bug - often you'll clearly be in the proper guard to block, within the window, and a normal attack will just go right through as if you weren't blocking. It might just be latency with P2P, but sometimes it's damn-near unplayable when you get 2-3 shot as normal heavies go right through your guard.
3. The ranged GB + heavy combo sometimes doesn't fire on other Assassin characters.
You'll pull them, but then the follow-up heavy (timed properly) is a normal heavy instead of the combo sequence. They're also free to GB or attack, which makes it appear that it's a problem with the pull action - they're getting GB at range, but during the pull they somehow escape from the GB in-transit (without revenge).
i don't know if it's bugs but :
- when u're kd, people hits you, sometimes u'll take no recovery allowing to gb for instance
- when u deflect, it uses your stamina and can't gain stam for like 5second
-Sometimes distance GB doesn't work as a GB but just as a pull
- Sometimes kick on a opponent but he'll have no recovery allowing him to parry ur ranged heavy (in 1v1)
- The heavy light isn't guaranted on a kd target (he can block/parry the light)
-Idk how it may work but top heavy has no tracking on backdodge compared to all other char (or not all the time)
-Backflip make some attacks tracking bug (i once got pushed by a centurion miles away cause of backflip)
-Guard looks like longer than it is really ( i mean that it shows that ur guard is still up; but in fact not)
-If we do heavy feint (really fast) it'll not do a heavy but a weird move, dunno if it's intended
- ranged guardbreak doesn't tracks dodge like all other gb does
-can't move while doing ranged heavy, i guess it's intended to force the shinobi to move forward and being more vulnerable
-Some weird bug with revenge, sometimes it'll just activate without parrying anything (i think it's because of reflex guard, moving it or falling may disable the parry of revenge activation)
