Not necessarily - could be that based on other clues that intersect with them, there's only one possible prime number that fits each.

I think the picture might be Kurt Godel although not 100% sure. There is a book called Godel, Escher, Bach... Bachsmith 3?

Anyway, it looks like the answers are in numbers, so presumably these are three digit primes, of which there are quite a lot.
