After Patch I am having issues not being able to hack and take photos of other intel, it just stays in one position and doesn't read anything until I right click to exit, but if I do that it doesn't finish hacking or taking the photos....

I'm seeing the same effect, but found that it's due to a missing HUD. While I have everything in my HUD options on, since Patch 4.0, the Intel HUD option doesn't show its markers anymore, so you have to guess what keys to use: 1, 2 or 3. The same happens when intimidating people, the B/F options do not show, but they do work.
Edit: I fixed it by deactivating the Intel HUD option, then reactivating it.
Now if only the game wouldn't crash on me every two hours...

Interesting workaround, Ageless. Have you found it to be successful in your situation, keezn?
Regarding the crashes, Ageless, are these new following TU 4 or have they been occurring prior to the patch? Our PC Troubleshooting FAQ contains some possible steps which could assist with these crashes. Check it out HERE.

I have experiences this issue as well.
I tried to deactivating the Intel HUD option, then reactivating it. = didn't work for me.
So this is what i did.
I disable all the HUD settings (Everything turned to OFF). Then i reset the HUD to default. And now it seems to work again, for now it seems.
I will go back to this thread if it happens again.
I did not have to restart the game, it just work.
At least it is working to interrogate bad guys now.
Will try to Hack a computer as well just to try it out. But i think it will work now.
