The new classes Centurion and Shinobi gain an extra score per second while holding a point in Dominion.

Note: Do not confuse score with renown or points.

Unable to recreate with older classes.

For both classes it is inconsistent. Most of the time it gives 2, but sometimes (seems to be random) it reverts back to 1.
