[Resolved: XB1 - PS4] Degradation of Services | Forums

We are we are aware of a degradation where some players are not able to start the game on PS4 and XB.
Players will receive error code 3—2147221502 when attempting to connect to the servers. We are actively working to resolve the issue and will keep you all updated as the situation progresses.

So apparently today there was a live update.. Well I keep getting a Live update error. Failed to do the live update. Try again later. Contact support.
