    Please Ubisoft, listen to your customers...

    please Ubisoft,

    this game has been released 3 months ago, and so far no solution has been found for the endless connection issues.

    I like your game, but I simply can't enjoy it. because I'm too overwhelmed by how many freezes and disconnects I get with a green NAT and with the silly matchmaking system, which puts 2 players + 2 bots vs 4 other players - this is kindergarten stuff...

    face it, there is no way around it, sooner or later you will obviously have to set up proper ip servers. why not sooner?

    I don't know anything about online video game management and even I know this, alongside everyone else playing this game.

    I'm pretty sure (in an uninformed-gut-feeling sort of way...) that the game will remain profitable with ip servers, as expensive as they may be...

    maybe It's time for you to learn a few tricks from numerous online F2P games which work way more smoothly than this game.

    just saying it like it is...

    I will say that I've had more problems with desync and errors more this past day and a half than I have the entirety of the game's lifespan combined.

    Please report the problems you're experiencing to support - they'll be able to help you out more there.
    I'll also move this over into community support. We have a few megathreads in which you can post your issues and someone should be there to help you.
