Title Build: Latest GA Build [PS][X1]

1. Go to "How to Play"
2. Choose "Duel Practice" and select any level bot.
3. Choose any Hero that has the "Bleed" Function
4. Open Move-set UI.
5. Rapidly/ Semi-Rapidly scroll down through move-set.
6. Observe bottom most "moves" transition tile displays 4 bleed icons briefly.

Notes.

Does not seem to affect Hero's with no bleed function.

Does not reproduce after user has viewed all available hero moves.

Refreshing move-list (by exiting and returning to moves section) does not cause the issue to reproduce.

Only seems to affect initial inspection of "Moves" sub menu.
