    after three months i get an answer without a solution...

    3 months ago i wanted to play "the crew". Meanwhile i'm no more interested to play any ubi game.
    take a look on the steam support - it never took longer than three days to get an answer.

    I see nothing has changed around here, huh chris.

    the-fat-skunk best thing you can do is to see if you can find a solution elsewhere. As you have already figured out, you wont get help from support. With 50+ PC games (not counting the versions or games on consoles) from this company, I left too because of how they treat their customers and their crappy support. They lost a customer and got a negative ambassador instead.

    There are some helpful people and sites out there. Hope you find a solution or get your money back.
