I set the game by default graphics in HIGH, VERY HIGH and ULTRA.

If you disable motion blur, the game loses the FPS. (it runs bad)

If you enable the motion blur, the game increase the FPS. (it runs pretty good)

TURN ON the Motion Blur enables something in the options that is not currently seen.
If you TURN OFF the Motion Blur it disables that same thing that is very important for the game to perform better.

Please, it's very important you figure out what is the motion blur enabling when is ON/OFF.
I'm running this on Nvidia 1070 FTW and GTX 1080. It's crazy.
