THE BUG IS THIS:

If you tap the HIDE HUD key and restore it. The HUD will turn off this options:

TEAMMATES NAMES IN ADS OFF
XP DISPLAY OFF
INTEL HUD OFF

The PRESET goes "CUSTOM" and it turn off:
Teammates,
xp display
intel hud.

Is easy to test. Just tap the key to HIDE the HUD and tap it again. You will see some of the options>hud will be TURN OFF.

I can confirm that this bug is still present in the 4.0 patch.
