Happens to me on a bunch of heroes as well. Happens on Paint Patterns as well. I've seen a lot of people that have it on their Raiders (Paint Pattern Wedge or something).
i've had it on my warden's helmets, hilts and blades(?) consistently for multiple patches now, but now my raider also has the wedge paint pattern marked as new
