So I think we all know that having a high ping can be unfair when playing multiplayer. Having one person's ping at 40 and the other's at 200 really does make a difference, and can be unfair. I know that this problem is unavoidable for some people, who don't have servers close to where they live, but I also know that people abuse this to take advantage of having a higher ping (I've had people admit this to me in game, and have experienced it sometimes). My idea for a solution is to make a check where at the time of making the teams, do a check to make sure that the range of our "data" (ping of the player) doesn't exceed a certain value. This would force lobbies to be made where everyone's ping would have to be within a certain range, and not have an advantage other another. It isn't a perfect idea, but I would like to hear your guys ideas too.
