I had the opposite problem, I went from min duration and build max defence and attack (takes a while to get there and it is short lived but my god you better run) to max build and duration, minimum defence and attack.

Honestly no I'm an stretigic player I'm just upset about the stats and the movement why would you put these three in the same spot with epic gear my defense is 5 percent stamina cost is 15 now my stamina regen is negative 16 it take almost 15 seconds for my player to fully regen the stamina I call this bull **** no matter which way you upgrade it's a lose lose

Im not the smartest person on the world, but i kept some boxes because i knew gear was about to change.

Now after a couple of hours I have decent gear again. So, all this drama is just pathetic.

I only agree with you on the fact that active gear in a game like this, is just a terrible idea. BTw now low lvl gear should take a passive boost to balance them with high gear players. So a fix, somehow has beeing made.

Just played elimination and we went up against 4 Centurions and the all just spammed the charge and stun over and over again until we were all dead.
I could not parry, block, dodge, etc once I am in that sequence and he just repeats it.
They were all laughing about it because it is so OP and ridiculously stupid that they can just spam it, no honor or skill.

Does this stuff EVER get tested, seriously?
Why is this always the norm with Ubisoft and their updates?
All I can see is this update just brought a ton of people back to try out the new characters only to be reminded why they stopped playing this in the 1st place, terrible character balance.

ehm just imagine an elimination match with 4 warlords or 4 conqs or 4 lawbringer instead of 4 Centurions. And they start to Headbutt , Shieldbash and Longarm u to death. All at the same time. Looks the same hm ? Dont blame the Centurion for something almost every other 4 of a kind group can do
