If you paid the outrageous amount of steel for the faction mythic outfits, the dlc character related mythic outfits should already be opened for the factions you purchased it for. Especially if you're one of the people who actually purchased the season pass AND purchased steel for cash as opposed to waiting half a year to slowly accumulate steel that could be better used for upgrades and executions.
