Yeah I tried switching my optical cable to my Realtek onboard sound. Same exact issue. Sound is normal in everything except For Honor. The game appears not to be accepting audio input from any of my sources, including headphones (which means the problem is happening with both optical cable and USB headphone cable).

    Hi Everyone.

We are currently investigating this issue that you're unfortunately experiencing.

If you have not done so already, could you please check the default format for the audio device you are using. To do this, right click the speaker icon in your system tray, go to Playback Devices, right click the device you are using, then go to Properties > Advanced Tab. If you are above 96000Hz, could you please try selecting this or lower, then trying the game again.

Additionally, it is worth trying to update or reinstall your audio drivers. For example, if you have a Realtek chipset, then you can obtain these from www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/Default.aspx

If you still get the same issues, could you please submit a support ticket via https://support.ubi.com/ attaching your DxDiag and Msinfo system reports, so the agents may forward these to the Development team as part of the investigation into this problem.

    Me too...

Cant believe that they dont do good test on their patches before release... this is not a minor issue. Neither is that game dont close after exit and you need to do it manually in task manager..

That's ********... ppl above have mentioned trying totally different sound devices.
Also this doesnt explain the bug with game froze in task manager after exit.
I can tell you the reason for this - this is your focking "fix" for the previous patch (bug with sound filex), which is now fcking up the new patch.

Could be nice if people with working sound could just share their sound directory to other of us to use (i am pretty sure this will fix the issue).

In addition to the info previously requested. Could you please let us know what drive you have the game installed on (C: D: E: F: etc.) while also letting us know if this drive is internal, external and if it has been partitioned?

This will help with the investigation going on with this issue.

    Thank you.
