PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ubisoft change the way gear look change works, instead of paying 500 steel to change said items look, we should be able to pay 500 steel to unlock said items look and have it to change for free for all time and PLEASE remove the tier restriction on gear look changes

reasons why, because we're fickle I'd like to change my gear look a lot while still keeping my top gear item, because when we get better gear we don't like the new look

PLEASE UBISOFT PLEASE I am straight up begging for this, there are a lot of things wrong with this game that maybe you aren't up too fixing, but this can and should be changed again PLEASE

First up I applaud your enthusiasm, its a common sense idea that's been pushed about previously. Second is where I point out your mistakes.

1. They don't read these things and couldn't give two hoots at a barn owl about customer happiness.
2. If it looks remotely like any suggestion pertaining to point 1 has the remotest chance of impacting on their ability to cash gouge their customer base then refer back to point 1 for follow up results.

Don't get me wrong, I'd love to see ideas like yours (amongst others) take shape, however this game is brought to you by ubisoft so please refer to the above customer service flow chart.
