I have 100 fps average, i5 6600k, gtx 1060 6gb, 8 gb ram

Playing playing and then CLICK my fps goes down to 30 for couple ms, then goes back to 100, that happens with different frequency. I cant play like that. Does anybody have that problem? Why does that happen? Ubis fault again?
