    Berserkers OP?

Why the hell do Berserkers have a combo move that let's them attack indefinitely and the combo is always uninterruptible? It is impossible to even get close to these players once they rev up without getting hit and even if you do get a hit in on them they just freaking power through and go right on killing you like an unstoppable windmill of death? I could understand 1 out of every two attacks being uninterruptible but seriously every attack? It's insanity! If you insist on keeping this move in at the very least it needs to drain their stamina a lot faster.

I don't like to say this - but this is a "get good" situation.

And no Berserker is not OP, but ok i'll help you.

Learn the basic mechanics of defense:

    1.Block:
~ If you block an attack it will drain even more stamina for your enemy.
~ Blocking lights interrupts chains - The infinit chain is a combo out of Light>heavy>light>Heavy..., so if you block 2 attacks in a row you will interruptc 100% the attack

    2. just learn to parry

    3. Roll out of the combo and you are out of it (its easy)

    Against a berserker:
    - Never attack if he is in his chain
    - you need to be the first one who attacks
    - use your mind

With a pk you cannot do any of those things. I can only block or parry the first one. If I get hit than that is it. Cannot block any successive attack or roll away because pk recovery time is longer than zerker attack time...

This is not the case when fighting with other characters.

For this reason depending on the characters you are using zerker might seem op.

This needs to be addressed not by nerfing the zerker but by giving a way out to the characters that are victim of this game machanics

This could be a PK specific issue against zerker.
Acually most of the PK who have been in my Chain (and hitted) manged to block a light late in the chain or dodging out of it.

But maybe you are right about PK. Then yes, this should be adressed, and not the Berserker.

On consoles Beserker is OP, mainly due to deadzone issue with the controllers. I run into the issue constantly where I will switch stances and I know that I switched them properly in order to catch the attack but it doesn't register. So I'll end up in a position where Beserker will keep me in their infinite chain even though I know for a fact I blocked half their attacks. Hopefully, with the deadzone slider in the new update that will fix the issue. If that does not resolve it, then we run into another one of those "balance consoles and PC separately" problems.

For the record - superarmour was buffed from being every four hits to every two, a much needed buff for what was previously a virtually unusable move against skilled opponents.

As a PK you will suffer a bit against Berserkers anyway. I find them easy prey playing as Zerk myself. You'll have to reflex deflect whilst the Zerk alternates attacks from all directions, which is difficult. If i get caught up in another Berserkers chain i'll generally try to backwards roll out of it. Hold the thumb stick back and spam dodge, works for me.

Dance of the paired blades is drastically less reliable against players who's class can hold their guard in one direction, which is 3/4 of the classes in the game, as the Berserker is bound to attack from that direction in the combo, resulting in a deflect. For this reason I don't think a nerf is appropriate.

Do you play on pc or console? I don't think zerker should be nerfed either. I think that this problem is only on console. I play Xbox. I saw a zerker vs pk on pc and she could block.

The best way would be pk to deflect to interrupt the chain. That would be the best balancing option in my opinion. In this way the zerker cannot keep the chain on for to long otherwise will get interupt and stabbed.
