    Punishing on dodge

i'm not gonna argue whether the warlord is OP or not, I'm here to say he needs more recovery frames on his headbutt, because there are some characters who still cannot punish him on dodge, if you are playing kensei you 95% of the time cannot punish this move, if you dodge too late your side dash light can be blocked and at no point can you GB punish him, there are some other characters who I play who also have a hard time punishing him on dodge, but the kensei is the one having the most problems

and I would also like to report there are some inconsistencies with the wardens shoulder bash, only a handful of characters can punish his non charged shoulder bash on dodge, I nobushi can and the warlord can also but not many others, i'm not saying it should be one way or the other for him but it should be consistent across all characters

Agree! I've seen more inconsistencies punishing others while playing as kensei. When I pick other characters it seems way easier to punish mostly everyone when they make a mistake.
Even when I parry others depending on the class they can recover faster than my heavy animation can land the hit but that could be input lag or lag period idk.

...but then, your "anticipation" is easily shattered by a hearty useage of GBs from the other guy -- therefore, you are given a choice:

    (a) TAKE THE RISK of being caught by a GB and inflicted HEAVY damage, in order to deal light~mediocre side-dodge attack damage

    (b) TAKE THE RISK of just being hit with a headbutt and inflicted LIGHT stabbing damage

Most people weigh the two options around, and decide it's better to risk (b). As a matter of fact, the above is the EXACT same way of things against any other UB+UP spam skill classes and their players, and also the unspoken truth when those players say stuff like "it's not OP, you can easily dodge them" and recommend that to beginner players that are having trouble.

The "50/50" situation is always in "their" favor, not "ours."

The OP apologists who try to downplay their classes' lame 50/50 spams are basically like the casino. They tell you stuff like "Hey, it's 50/50, which means WE have a chance to lose also! So it's totally fair!" ... but in the end, guess who wins, and guess who ends up in the gutters of Vegas panhandling for money.
that's a hell of an analogy, you spend a lot of time in vegas?
