[PC/PS4/XONE] NOTIFICATION ICON (!)WITHOUT NEW CONTENT IS AVAILABLE.
Issue Description: The notification icon might be displayed in different menus even if no new content is available. This can be reproduced after scavenging for premium gear and then destroying all the items into another item.

The "!" Reappears after scrolling over the pattern once you've exited to the title screen on PS4. Not sure if PC or Xbox One has this bug still or not. The pattern bug only is affecting the Raider Hero.

Yep I have that exact same raider pattern issue on Ps4, I also have a centurion with an icon hovering over the ornament tab and when I go into the ornament listing there is no exclamation to be found and yet backing out to the overview shows the exclamation yet again.

Just today I got the issue to pop up again on my Lawbringer. Acquired an armor, dismantled it and the notification sign still remained so even though it was fixed straight AFTER the patch, it is now back again.

All but Centurion are fixed for me, there is an exclamation on the ornaments tab for the centurion. Upon opening the tab nine of the items have the exclamation displayed.

Been experiencing the same issue since Season 2 dropped. But I have the ornament notification even though none of the actual ornaments have the (!).
