FIXED [PC/PS4/XONE] Freeze and Black Screen at the end of a round | Forums

I'm lucky to finish a game of dominion let alone a 2v2 or 1v1. They have ignored this issue for almost 3 months now since there may 18th acknowledging of this bug. Either admit you have no clue why its happening and that you are working to fix it or refund my game. I lose rewards, exp, and I dont even get to play the game.

Just lost all my ranking points due to this bug, because of course it happens when I'm fighting a Gold and won 3-0, counts as a loss.

Is this bug ever going to be fixed? 4v4 modes freeze at the end of the match every 5th game on average.

I'm getting this several times a day. How do I fix it? As soon as the match ends I get stuck right before the cut scene starts in dominion and had it happen now for the first time in Duel.

Still happening with the latest patch. Reinstalled the game, didn't help.

Found something that consistently causes this bug to happen on desktop PCs -

Today I began using Frame Rate Limiters to lock my FPS at 58 (tried both Nvidia Inspector & RivaTuner - the result is the same!)

Having played duels all day - I got a few Blackscreens, BUT after limiting my FPS I've only been able to finish a SINGLE match with another player - works fine while playing with AI. But if the freeze does not happen at the end of the first round, it is almost 100% guaranteed to happen at the soon as the match ends.

My Benchmarks Results before I locked FPS at 58:

Overall:
Min FPS: 73.63 - Average FPS: 90.73 - Max FPS: 118.02

Update:

I tried raising the roof of the FPS Limit and kept getting Black Screen'ed until I reached 118 FPS as a limit - Now I can finish Matches again.
