[PC/PS4/XONE] NOT GETTING End Of Season WAR FACTION REWARDS
Description: Some players did not receive their season 1 rewards. While it’s a normal behavior that players did not receive their winning faction rewards if they changed Faction during the season, we are aware of an issue that prevented some players who did not change faction to receive their rewards.
Status: FIXED; contact CS to have your rewards.

Any update on this? A lot of us still haven't gotten our S1 rewards, and isn't S2 about to start? If you didn't get S1 rewards, why play S2? Why would we get S2 rewards if we didn't even get out S1 rewards? Lol

i would like to not be apart of it but it is not an option just have to deal with it and see players who played and deployed way less then me have what i didn't get, kinda sad. It is the reason i blew up on this forum non-sense about the DLC and gold edition it really just raged me out almost quit playing but i love it too much, though i am sure something will happen that will cause me to quit for good just waiting.

So are we just not getting Season 1 stuff for those who didnt change factions? sure ubisoft. just forget about it and sweep it under the rug. thats cool

Exactly how many times should we contact CS to receive the rewards?

Not a lot happens on our end, it's hard to know if we're just waiting or if we've been forgotten or ignored.
