    FIXED [PC/PS4/XBONE] Player Vs. AI (Matchmaking: Off) Not Receiving Rewards

    [PC/PS4/XBONE] All Game Modes in PLAYER VS. AI (Matchmaking: Off) are not giving rewards
    Description: Players will not be awarded any rewards and cannot complete any orders in PLAYER VS. AI without Matchmaking in Dominion, Elimination and Skirmish game modes. The players gets the following message: “We’re sorry, but our servers are taking longer to respond than anticipated. Your rewards will be added automatically when response comes in.” but no rewards are awarded.
    Status: FIXED in 1.10 patch.
    Workaround: none

    eta on this?

    this fix is like crippling to me, and i so want it to be fixed. its a shame because the dlc looked really cool, but im definitely not paying extra money until this gets fixed. any status beyond "problem reproduced" would be awesome, as well as updates on what bugs are being worked on. i really hope you make this bug a priority

    The issue is still there... It's really a huge issue, I can't play the game for two weeks. Are you really getting to fix that soon ?

    Still no fix and with the next patch note released without any mention about that ....

    Was going to buy the season pass before next season but it's time to change my mind and just unistall that game since i can't play the way i want because of a bug preventing me from playing the game modes i prefer ... too bad i liked that game but weeks to fix a bug like this ... what a joke

    I actually bought the season pass and really enjoyed the game when it came out, I didn't even have any of the issues most people seemed to be complaining about. I did stop playing to move on to other games but decided to reinstall it this week and was very excited to see that all orders could be done vs AI now (one of the reasons I stopped is because I often felt forced to pvp, which brings out my competitive side, which is not always what I want after work). But then I never got any rewards and none of my orders progressed. And then I discover many other PC gamers have the same issue, and have had that issue for a while now. Now I know fixing these kinds of issues takes longer than most people realize, but this issue has gone unrecognized until recently, and even then Ubisoft seems to be spending all its time hyping the next season (which I was really looking forward to when I discovered I had come back just a week away from Centurion) but with nothing outside a few vague responses on a couple of threads indicating that the issue is going to be fixed. Now if that's because devs are spending their time fixing the issue rather than doing PR, that may seem fine, but a game like this survives and thrives thanks to its community, and not addressing that community's concerns is just bad business practice.

    So please Ubisoft, if the vs AI issue is one that is being worked on, take some time to show your community that they are being taken seriously and that you are working hard. If the problem is that the issue is much harder to fix than expected, let us know. Don't let unskilled customer service representatives, who seem to have difficulty understanding the very clear issue that is presented to them, provide nonsensical workarounds that not only don't work, but gives players the impression of being given the runaround.

    If, on the other hand, you are not taking your community and its issues seriously, and are adopting maximum hype / minimum effort strategy, then I sincerely hope that all disgruntled players make good on their promise and never spend a dime on any of your games again.

    Sincerely, a player who actually rooted for this game from day one

    FYI the OP is incorrect, since it doesn't affect all game modes: Brawl still gives rewards.

    When is Ubisoft planning to fix this? It's been 3 weeks now and no updates or ETA for this problem, many people thought that by the start of Season 2 it would be already fixed but it's still broken. This is getting extremely frustrating and annoying by now

    I've been having the same problem for weeks now. I often will go to ai games because when I can play during the day I can never find a game or constantly get kicked out. Has anyone heard any eta on this fix? Their support has been useless in their responses to me.

    The best way to fix the bugs, is to uninstall the game and never again to trust Ubisoft, good luck to the poor crazy that remains on this game

    I don't think theres an ETA for a fix (I even doubt they are working on one - they didn't give a crap about duel not working since beta either) but never trust their support. Those guys even tell you it's intended to not work.
