Before I start I would like to say that I am a total rep 23. My main is pk (rep13) followed by warden (rep7) and some few low rep. I tried all of them.
So to the subject. In patch 1.07 the pk is being nerfed again. Bleeding damage from stabs reduced.

Now nerfing is unnecessary I think this is only a move to try and please the part of the community who plays agaist her and not to upset the people who use her to much, I.e. Stakeholder management.
FIGHTING AGAINST PK
The problem fighting against a pk is that the light attack is very fast and if the timing is mastered it can be used to interrupt a fast attack from one of the slower characters. Many player use her in this way by just timing the lights. ( including big streamers such as true talent). This is an exploit by the players and it is almost been fixed in the last patch by slowing the light follow up attack. I don't think it is the most effective fix because some people can still use this by using light, going back and repeat. I don't know how to fix this but also orochi can do it.
FIGHTING WITH PK
The problem when using her instead are against zerker and kensei ( in order of importance)
Pk Vs zerker:
There is little hope. Only way is parry and gb into stabs and repeat. Boring and annoying to the zerker. If only one hit connects, the zerker can keep hitting cos he cannot be stooped or even blocked. Recovering time of pk is higher than zerker attack therefore she is still stuck into any action and cannot block. Try to believe it.
Deflect does not work either. You deflect only to be hit from the second zerker attack. Blocking does not work because zerker can continue for 3 times and when he finishes he is to far to be hit. The quick light does not work either and the zerker will continue the chain even if it is the first attack(hyper armour at the first attack?!)
This is the most unbalance fight of the game
Pk vs kensei
Kensei is the only one who tracked her and hit her even when dodging. The overhead attack is the worse. Pk recovery time is so high that kensei can keep doing overhead and kill a pk. Not very balanced
The way to rebalance these fights would be
-for the pk to interupt the zerker with a deflect to give her at least 1 opening.
- to decrease the recovery time after being hit so that the next block can be initiated
- correct kensei tracking

I love this game and I understand that balancing is very complicated and I believe you did a very good job to start with.

Could not agree with you more. Her deflect needs a buff in general. There is no reason to go for a deflect over a parry. Parrying is safer and does more damage, while deflect is unsafe and doesn't do much damage. Orochi got two options with deflect and they are both safe and do a good damage. Zerker gets a GB into heavy. Meanwhile the PK gets an unsafe light (deflect attack).
When ( IF) they fix defensive meta, won't be any reason for the pk to keep lighning fast attacks. Orochi can spam onli top light ( which is better in every way than side light and heavy side only god knows why they dd such a thing) and the glitched zone attack, which is ridicolous because its called zone attack for a reason, if that zone is a part of the single target tools, something is very wrong, but whatever.
When the defensive meta will be fixed, and people will start to actually attack and combo, PK can be nerfed in the only way possible. incresing the ms of her lights, and buffing the other tools.
Right now playing a pk brings you in a position of advantage, because it requires literally 0 skills, spamming lights its easy, its safe or close to be safe. And its effective.
If you are even a good player who can parry lights, well you are unstoppable. Unless you play his majesty the Wargod.( warlord)
Just looked a quick gameplay of injustice 2, 10 minutes of people combo, attackjs, jumps, frenetic fighting. Then you see for honor, 5 minutes of people feinting, and spamming miserum or the unlocked warlord cheese run 50/50
And im not even a fan of injustice. But you know, I might actually play new tekken.
