Don't get on the gondola and instead just drop down off the ledge to find the egg.

That's what I'm trying to figure out now. I was just using the Donkey and trying to land in the pipe just before that checkpoint but that wasn't working. I then was trying to bounce my guy somehow into the pipe but he only goes in so far.....Damn...this one is a hard one.

Got it.
Use the Stallion to get this one. Make it to the checkpoint just before the egg that is on top of the pipe. Slide down slowly with the stallion getting your front wheel in the pipe and the back one outside. There should be enough of a jolt to slingshot our man friend into the pipe to get the egg.

Track: Coaster Canyon. Possible location: after final checkpoint. Found an egg after the last checkpoint, beneath the last slope at the end, you can see it, but it's hard to reach so go off the 1st slope, could dangle off the edge of the slope and then lean forward at the right time so that the rider can reach the egg, might require a few tries as it is quite tricky, but it won't be a faultless run here so the best possible medal in this position: Silver. Recommended bikes to use: Mantis, Donkey. Not KTM 450, head height is quite high and might make it more harder to get, possibly.

Don't think this Egg spot has been mentioned before... I'll mention it here anyway just in case. Got this on the 1st day of the event, so a while ago, not recently, I remembered that there was an Egg there.

Is there a trick at viewing the spoilers on a mobile device? I don't know how to view the Ubisoft forums in a non-mobile type view, and tapping on the spoilers doesn't do anything. I know it works on a PC/Mac's browser, but not on my iPhone's safari app.

under the metal arm just be4 the jump to finish line you need to get to the last checkpoint then hit retry and reverse back

Track: 1) The egg is in a place impossible to reach - underneath a log that has to fall down in order to progress. Once the log falls it literally consumes the egg. The angle of the following section is such that even if you crash (thus resetting the log) there's no way to reverse backward with enough speed to reach the egg. Half the time it disappears regardless! .

You need to pass the log and the reverse all along back and fall at the start of that log

Track : Barrel Chase

Ride the elevator and backflip off the back of the elevator platform just as it reaches the top. This will flip you up and backwards, away from the platform. The egg is suspended in the air.
