As the title says, can I now change factions freely during off-season without getting any penalties for season 2 or lose my season 1 rewards?
Yes.
You can technically change factions at any time, but changing during the off-season is best as you don't lose out on any of the season rewards. If you're still looking to change, you've got until the 16th!
