I can't spot people anymore, like i hear the sound but there's no visuals like the orange above them even on the minimap i dont see the orange or purple blobs

I know this doesn't help you, but you're not alone. I've had this bug for about a week and have not found a single thing online about it until now.
It's nice to know this is happening to multiple people, hope it gets fixed.

I had the same problem yesterday. What worked for me was changing the HUD settings (especially the setting used for marking enemies). I hope this workaround will work for you too.

Changing HUD is working, change it from light to default. I played few days ago and everything was fine, yesterday I couldn't spot people.

If you find that you can't spot the enemy and they're not showing up on your HUD or minimap, don't worry it's not a bug...I don't think. You may have noticed the issue after a recent patch, so my assumption is that a preset was automatically changed without the user being aware.
How to fix it:
1. Go into options and click the HUD tab
2. If it's set to 'light', change it do 'default'
3. If it's set to 'custom' be sure to turn on 'Detection Clouds' and 'Enemy & Rebel' options (I'm not sure if the 'Enemy & Rebel' needs to be turned on, but I did it anyway and everything was good.)
4. Press [F] to apply or whatever it is on your platform then go back into the game and it should be fixed...probably.
